Why Certain Beans Are Only Available in Certain Roasts
We have decided to no longer offer the Ethiopian beans in French and Italian Roasts. In addition, our Costa Rican beans will only be available in medium roast as well. The reason for this has to do with the quality of bean.
The Costa Rican and Ethiopian beans are considered premium coffee beans that showcase very specific flavors that can only be experienced in medium roast. The Columbian and Brazilian beans are also very good beans, however they better showcase the boldness of the French and Italian roasts. This by no means suggests that the Columbian and Brazilian beans aren't flavorful, as they are some of my personal favorite.
